We had a great stay. Very affordable for our family of 5. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast. Great hotel, will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Best place in terms of location but service quality and amenities could be better. Room service and service should be improved a lot. Complementary breakfast could be with some more dishes, not sure if it’s already in a consideration. Overall it’s a good stay on a prime location

Mostly clean and quiet place. The appliances need to be updated but they work well. Some walls and furniture need an extra cleaning. Breakfast is good (Asian and American style). Pool was nice, my kid really enjoy it.
4 stars due to location near SJC and by far the most reasonable priced hotel. Paid $285 for a one room suite. Room was clean, service was fine, and best is a full coffee maker with cup, not the plastic cup but a real cup. Free breakfast too, can't beat it for the price/location.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here to celebrate the weekend for our anniversary. After juggling a few hotel options, I settled on booking here at TownePlace Suites. I am so glad that we chose to stay here, it was clean, the receptionists that greeted us were very nice, and everything that we wanted to see was so close to us. It was quiet, the parking was very nice, and we would be happy to stay here again!
Staff was helpful and available 24 hours. Studio room was quite comfortable and I liked the layout. Plenty of closet and drawer space. The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were just right. Very clean .... the bathroom shined. Also liked that the TV was on a swivel and could be viewed while on the couch or in bed. The couch was stiff but liked the ottoman and the tray cover for placing your dinner or drink while sitting on the couch. Personally, I prefer reserving a place with a complimentary breakfast. There was a good variety of both hot and cold food. Not an overabundance of choices but quite sufficient. Very pleased. Service at the breakfast was good.
